These services are provided by Dr. Palak Shah Diagnostic Centre — a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dr. Palak Shah, M.B.B.S., D.C.P., M.D. (Pathology), located at 1st Floor, S2 Complex, opp. S.T. Bus Depot, above Optic House, Gayatri Society, Lunawada, Gujarat 389230, India ("the Lab", "we", "us", "our").

We provide pathology and diagnostic testing services, including in-clinic testing, home sample collection within Lunawada, health checkup packages, and report delivery via WhatsApp or the online report-access feature on our Contact page. Test availability, turnaround time, and home-collection coverage are subject to change without prior notice.
While every report is personally reviewed by Dr. Palak Shah before release, biological samples and automated equipment carry an inherent margin of variability common to all diagnostic laboratories. If a result appears inconsistent with your clinical picture, please inform us and your treating doctor promptly so the test can be reviewed or repeated.
Prices listed on this website and on our Packages page are drawn from our in-clinic price board and are indicative. Prices are subject to periodic revision; please confirm the exact amount at the time of booking. Payment is currently collected at the time of sample collection or report handover (cash/UPI, as accepted at the lab) — this website does not process online payments.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked test or home-collection visit by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling the lab, ideally with reasonable advance notice. Full terms for cancellations and refunds are set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The "Access My Report" feature on our Contact page lets you retrieve your report using your registered mobile number and the patient/report ID on your receipt slip. You are responsible for keeping this ID confidential — anyone who correctly enters both your mobile number and ID will be able to view that report. If you believe your ID has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can assist.
Until this feature is fully operational, requests submitted through the form will be redirected to WhatsApp for manual fulfilment, as noted on the Contact page and in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile number for booking or report delivery, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp regarding your test, appointment, or report. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control.
The text, images, logo, and design of this website belong to Dr. Palak Shah Diagnostic Centre unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photographs of the lab, team, and press coverage are used with the consent of those depicted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Lab's liability in connection with any service booked through this website is limited to the value of the specific test or package concerned. The Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed sample collection, network or WhatsApp service disruptions, or decisions made without consulting a qualified physician.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lunawada / Mahisagar district, Gujarat.
